Our Restaurant = il nostro ristorante

Close to the rooms is situated the Restaurant of Vaddidulimu, which is also a normal Restaurant with 80 places inside and maximum 40 places on the terrace, which we use in the summertime.

We aimed to serve only top quality food, local ingredients (meat, vegetables & fruits), most produced on our farm. You can taste all sardinian and italian specialities such as ravioli gallurese and a variety of homemade pasta.

A particular feature of Vaddidulimu is to offer most genuine, truly home made and traditional cuisine in a homely and cozy atmosphere.

For our halfboard clients we offer each dinner a four course menue.
 
Starter is a mix of "antipasti", prepared differently according to the season.
The first course usually is made by homemade pasta, with ragu or different sauces.
Mostly the third course is made by meat (lamb, chicken, pig, beef), for our vegetarian clients we offer of course vegetarian dishes.
We close with different types of desserts, fresh prepared every day. Fruits, coffee and iquor..
Included home made wine, water ecc.

An sardinian menue consists of "antipasti" - starter, than the "primo" - normally pasta or cereal course, the "secondo" - meat or fish, for vegetarians vegetables, the "dolci" - desserts, fruits or cakes, close the menue.
At Vaddidulimuu we have a limited selection of houswines and different wines, produced in sardinia.

Wild vegetables and Spices and herbs = verdure e erbe selvatiche
thanks to our filosophy we don't use chemical herbicides. On our farm land growing so much wild vegetables, spices and herbs, which we use also in our kitchen for the creation of specialities, which you can find also with us.

Mushrooms = funghi
After the summer, when the first rainfalls give a new live to the earth, we go to catch the mushrooms. The Gallura is italian wide known for verious kinds of mushrooms.

 

 

The Breakfast = la colazione
In the morning from 8.30 - 10.00 we offer our international breakfast buffet in the restaurant. 
The breakfast buffet includes homemade bread, marmellades, biologic honey, muesli, cheese, ham and more.
